Kitchen - Full-time – m/f/d
WHAT AWAITS YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY:
- Assisting or standing in for our head chef
- Preparation and presentation of dishes
- Sharing responsibility for the culinary planning, organisation and implementation of our menu
- Drawing up rota schedules in collaboration with the head chef
- Receiving and checking deliveries of goods
- Sharing responsibility for the implementation of quality standards
- Optimising workflows in the kitchen
- Compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Several years’ experience in a kitchen
- Initial experience in a managerial role
- Extensive product and specialist knowledge
- Very good command of German and a good working knowledge of culinary French
- Sense of responsibility, as well as independence and creativity
- A team player with a punctual and resilient personality
- A clean, efficient and independent approach to work
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
