With us you’ll receive a permanent, year-round contract - after all, the Achensee region is worth a visit in every season! You’ll work five days a week alongside warm and capable colleagues. You can regularly take part in workshops and further training on professional and personal topics, and you can also use our occupational psychology services. A special highlight: the team trips we take together.

We’re convinced that guests can only truly relax here if we are balanced and refreshed ourselves. You can feel the joy we take in our work, and that’s not only thanks to the variety of tasks but also the strong team spirit. A warm, respectful atmosphere is a given for us. And despite all our professionalism, you also need to be able to laugh at yourself from time to time - it’s good for body, mind and soul.

Our modern, roomy staff residences are only five minutes on foot from the Posthotel Achenkirch, offering units for singles, couples and families. After your shift, you can relax there or enjoy the outdoors for a stroll or some sport. Garage or parking is provided, and pets are welcome on request. 

As a team member, you’ll receive free breakfast, lunch and dinner from us, even on your days off. We place great value on high-quality ingredients and varied, healthy dishes. Of course, you can also cater for yourself in your fully furnished flat.

Depending on the department, most of your work clothing will be provided for you, along with any other equipment you need. For us, workwear is not only about maintaining a neat and uniform appearance, but also about ensuring your comfort.

In your free time you can use the wellness area (pool and sauna complex) and fitness facilities (indoor and outdoor) at the Posthotel Achenkirch. You’ll receive attractive discounts on massages and treatments at the Atrium Spa, as well as on many of our sports and activity options such as riding, golf and yoga. The Achensee region also offers nearly endless possibilities for outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding and water sports.
