Enforcement Procedure
If you do not receive satisfactory responses through the contact method mentioned above, you may file a complaint with the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form.
Contact Form for Complaints
The FFG will review complaints to determine if they relate to violations of the Web Accessibility Act requirements, especially regarding deficiencies in compliance with accessibility standards by the federal government or any of its institutions.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG will provide the federal government or the affected legal entities with recommendations for actions and propose measures to resolve the identified deficiencies.
