A fine wine not only complements every dish, but is also a pleasure in its own right. Discover the treasures of our wine cellar as an accompaniment to your menus, at a tasting, or simply on its own. Our unique collection has grown over more than 100 years of the hotel’s history and reflects the expertise and dedication of our sommeliers as well as our ambition to present you with a selection you will not find to buy elsewhere.
Our wine cellar
A total of 40,000 bottles are stored in our well-stocked cellar, including 400 Austrian wines as well as top labels from California, South Africa, Australia and more. Even discerning connoisseurs and sommeliers will still find something new and surprising to try. We are happy to advise you and help you select the right fine wine to accompany our gourmet dishes, whether a sparkling wine as an aperitif, a white or red with the main courses, or an exquisite sweet wine afterwards.
Tastings with sommeliers
On request, we can organise exclusive tastings in our wine cellar with a sommelier, where you can sample selected labels accompanied by small bites.

Estate wine Panta Rhei
Our own farm also includes viticulture. Our unique wine Panta Rhei from our vineyard in Burgenland embodies everything we stand for: a love of nature, a commitment to high quality and the joy of finding happiness in the small things of everyday life. If you wish, you can sample our own wine during your stay at our adults-only hotel.
A popular holiday souvenir
You can buy Panta Rhei or other local wines to bring home as a gift for loved ones or as a personal memento of your holiday in our Shopping Mall. The fine bouquet will instantly carry you back to your time-out.
