Gourmet full board
If your holiday is all about indulgence, our full board is the perfect choice. You will enjoy outstanding dishes made from high-quality, locally produced ingredients from morning to evening: in the morning, an exceptionally generous breakfast buffet with a TCM corner; at lunchtime, a wholesome lunch in the TCM restaurant with fresh salads, soup and a warm dish; and in the evening, a multi-course choice menu combined with a dinner buffet and changing themed evenings.

TCM menu
Alternatively, you can follow the Five-Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine during your stay with us. We offer a TCM breakfast, a cold or warm TCM light lunch in our Tenzo restaurant, and a three-course TCM dinner in our main restaurant. To accompany this, Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Yin Yoga sessions are offered several times a week to further harmonise the body’s energies.
Cooking according to TCM
In TCM, food is used to restore and maintain the inner balance between the opposing energies of Yin and Yang. This more than 2,000-year-old teaching from East Asia is based on cooking with the five elements of water, fire, earth, wood and metal.
