The Posthotel water world is open daily from 7 am to 8 pm. Our year-round heated indoor and outdoor pools ensure waves of relaxation; brine pools in various concentrations care for your skin, respiratory system, muscles, and joints. Whirlpools and experience showers offer a tingling sense of well-being, while the Yin-Yang pool provides perfect balance.
The indoor pool (30 °C) under the large glass dome and the heated outdoor pool (32.5 °C) are open year-round and connected by a water channel. You can enjoy magnificent views of the green or snow-covered Karwendel mountains from both the indoor and outdoor areas.
In the outdoor area, you will also find our two salt-water pools (32-34 °C, 26 °C from May to September) with 2% and 4% salt content. Depending on your needs and health goals, choose the right pool for gentle relaxation and skin care, or for intensive detoxification and muscle relaxation.
The gentle bubbles in the whirlpool pools (36-37 °C) help relax muscles and stimulate the lymphatic system. In the experience showers, warmth or cold combines with the gentle massage of falling droplets to create a simultaneously relaxing and stimulating experience.
The picturesque Yin-Yang pool consists of two interlinked circular halves, filled with water at 17-18 °C and 34 °C. Feel the invigorating power of the Yin and Yang principles while practising Kneipp therapy, alternating between the two pools.
Make yourself comfortable in the glass sun lounge and forget about the winter or bad weather; when summer arrives, enjoy our sunbathing lawn with one of our power stones at its centre. The pool lounge and wellness bar, offering fresh mountain spring water, fruit juices, teas, and healthy snacks, provide additional opportunities to relax. A true treat, especially after a day of hiking or skiing!
