MARKETING & SALES MANAGER (m/f/d)

• Leadership of the marketing team

• Education in marketing, public relations, or tourism management
• 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in the hospitality industry
• Sales skills and an understanding of revenue management
• Leadership skills
• Strong digital skills across various platforms
• AI competencies
• A professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities
• Organizational talent and an independent working style
• Perfect German and good English skills

Your travel budget amounts to a net monthly salary of €4,500 gross with willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
