RESERVATION EMPLOYEE (M/F/D)

• Maintaining and managing booking systems
• Ensuring optimal occupancy in line with the pricing strategy

• Handling cancellations, rebookings and complaints to the highest standard of service
• Maintaining guest data

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Completed vocational training or A-levels
• Several years’ professional experience in the upmarket hospitality sector
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Proficiency in using hotel software
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Highly service-oriented with a flair for sales
• Accuracy, discretion and the ability to work under pressure
• A friendly, professional manner
• Solution-oriented thinking and approach
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Your travel budget amounts to a gross monthly salary of €2,700, with willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
