CHEF DE PARTIE PASTRY

• Responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly in the patisserie
• Responsible for designing desserts for the menus
• Preparing a variety of desserts for set menus, buffets and à la carte dishes
• Sharing responsibility for ensuring optimal production processes
• Handling food and equipment with care
• Working efficiently and cost-effectively as part of the kitchen team
• Ensuring the quality of the prepared dishes
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards

WHAT YOU BRING: 

• Completed vocational training as a chef/pastry chef
• Experience in a similar role is desirable
• Extensive product and technical knowledge
• Very good command of German
• A sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to work independently and creatively
• A team player who is punctual and able to work under pressure
• A clean, efficient and independent approach to worK
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines

Your monthly travel budget is €2,900 gross, with the possibility of higher pay depending on experience and qualifications!
