CHEF FOR SALAD (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ON YOUR JOURNEY:
•    Preparation of cold starters, salads, vinaigrettes, etc.
•    Coordination and consultation with kitchen management
•    Assistance in designing the salad menu
•    Acceptance and inspection of goods deliveries
•    Ensuring the quality of prepared dishes
•    Compliance with hygiene guidelines
•    Inspection of 2 salad buffets 
 

YOU HAVE:
•    Completed vocational training as a chef is an advantage but not a prerequisite
•    Very good knowledge of German
•    A sense of responsibility, independence and creativity
•    A team player, punctual and resilient personality
•    A clean, economical and independent way of working
•    Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
