MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)

Full-time

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN YOUR JOURNEY:

Responsibility for the smooth technical operation of the hotel (building services, technical systems, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical systems, etc.)
Coordination and supervision of maintenance, servicing and repair work
Receipt of fault reports and independent resolution
Management of external service providers and collaboration with internal departments
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
Maintenance of maintenance schedules and technical documentation
Point of contact for authorities, inspection bodies and external partners

WHAT YOU BRING:

Completed technical or vocational training (e.g. HTL, Facility Management or equivalent qualification)
Professional experience in technical building management, ideally in the hospitality industry
In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing
Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach
Good written and spoken German
Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
Category B driving licence
Ability to work independently and a strong focus on guest satisfaction

Your travel budget amounts to a gross monthly salary starting from €2,400, with willingness to overpay depending on experience, qualifications, and training; a higher salary is possible.
