SPA MANAGER
Beauty & Fitness - Full-time - m/f/d
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ON YOUR JOURNEY:
- Overall responsibility for the operational and financial success of the spa department
- Leading, motivating and developing the spa team (therapists, reception, fitness)
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene and service
- Budget planning, cost control and analysis of turnover and key performance indicators
- Development of innovative spa concepts, packages and signature treatments
- Active involvement in marketing and sales strategies
- Close collaboration with hotel management and all operational departments
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A completed qualification in hotel management, wellness management or a comparable qualification
- Several years’ management experience in the spa or wellness sector, ideally in the luxury hotel industry
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong grasp of figures
- A strong focus on service and quality
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- An affinity for topics such as wellness, health and longevity
- Very good command of German and English
- A confident, professional manner
