For many years, we have operated our own natural farm with cattle, sheep, goats, and chickens close to our hotel in Tyrol. That means, our kitchen has access to incredibly fresh, local meat and dairy products – the basis for your culinary pleasure in our active hotel Austria.
The best ingredients come directly from our farm next door because they simply taste better! The majority of our meat and dairy products come from our own Posthotel farm with an impressive 40 hectares of agricultural land and 250 hectares of Alpine pastures. The Ampelsbacher Hof, the Reitergütl, the Falkenmoosalm, the Lämpereralm, and the Zöhreralm are home to 30 dairy cows, 15 young animals, 10 calves, and numerous sheep, goats, and chickens.
