Our Ayurveda treatments

Ayurveda, which literally means “knowledge of life”, is the mother of all healing arts. Ayurveda is primarily a health concept. The most important goal is the maintenance of health, vitality, and well-being, as well as the rejuvenation of the entire being. Our expert for Ayurveda, singing bowls, and energy treatments, Hasitha Nimal da Silva, was born in Badulla, Sri Lanka. He offers the following standard Ayurveda treatments and specials:

ABHYANGA – Ayurvedic full-body oil massage incl. face and head

The Ayurveda full-body massage with warm sesame oil is a balm for the entire nervous system. The oil nourishes cells and organs and frees toxins from the tissues. Soothing Abhyanga promotes vitality, strength, endurance, and flexibility, while also improving concentration, intelligence, and youthfulness.
