Following great awards from Falstaff, Wellness Heaven and Relax Guide, there is another reason to celebrate at the Posthotel adults-only hotel on Lake Achensee: Fabian Leinich and Dominik Raithofer, along with their team of chefs, received 15 points and 2 toques from Gault Millau Austria. The internationally renowned restaurant guide exclusively reviews cuisine; however, service, ambience and wine culture all influence how this is perceived.
The distribution of chef toques all depends on the products used in the kitchen. The following criteria are examples of important factors:
