The next two days will focus on improving movement and stability in the morning with golf-specific strength and endurance training in the evening. Each training session is always tailored to your golf fitness handicap. An hour’s training session with professional golfer Rudi Knapp will also come in handy! At the end of the golf fitness session you will receive a tailored briefing in your personal golf fitness training plan as well as tips and tricks to try out at home.
