Achental Mountain Cheese, first cheeses are already maturing in the cheese cellar of our farm. But furthermore, we are continually celebrating the culture of fine cheeses: the cheese producing countries Austria, Italy, Switzerland and France come together regularly for an aromatic rendezvous.
